WHAT WE DO

PSL was established in 2008. We are a consultancy company experienced in project co-ordination of Papakainga, residential and commercial property development on Maori and General land. 

 

We provide consulting services to Maori land trusts and Incorporations; Central and local Government; individual property owners.

  • papakainga and affordable housing proposal development for funding
  • Kainga Whenua lending
  • long term leasing as a finance security option, licences to occupy and occupation orders
  • financial modelling to ensure your project is financially sustainable;
  • project team co-ordination and project implementation to deliver your project on time and on budget;

OUR APPROACH

Our approach is collaborative.  We work with you and all sectors of the construction industry; local and central government and local communities. 

Much of our work is out in the community, we are often on the road and meeting at your place, the Marae, Council meetings rooms or on site.

We value and are able to share with you the relationships we have built over the years with experienced industry players including Architects; Developers; Engineers; Councils; Government Departments; Legal advisors and Planners.
